Returns, Refunds, Exchange

The goods can be returned only if you have a completed application form. To do this, please call (044) 333-8530, 0-800-335-425 (toll-free within Ukraine) or send an e-mail to [email protected]. Our representative will help you to arrange the return process in the most convenient way.

In case you decide to contact us regarding the return or exchange of any products purchased from us, please read the general rules.

Important: When receiving your order, be sure to check the integrity of the goods (packaging and its contents).

Packaging and integrity of the goods

  • Please check the package, the integrity of the packaging, the absence of mechanical damage and the documents upon receipt of the order. This can be done in the presence of the delivery staff.
  • We are not responsible for the goods that have not been checked for mechanical damage or missing parts directly upon receipt at the carrier's office.
  • In case of incomplete or damaged goods, you have the right not to pay for the goods and refuse to receive them.

Warranty service

In case of detecting defects (deviations from the parameters and characteristics specified in the user manual) during the warranty period, the consumer is eligible for repair of a faulty product free of charge. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase by the final customer.

If a defect is detected in the product during the warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer's Authorised Service Centre. The full list of addresses of the Service Centres is available in the manual or warranty card attached to the product, or by calling (044) 225-05-05.

The warranty is voided in the following cases:

  • The product serial number has been destroyed (wiped, rubbed out) or has become illegible;
  • The serial number of the product does not correspond to the information in the warranty card;
  • The product lacks seals, stickers, stickers and other markings provided by the manufacturer;
  • The product shows signs of unqualified or unauthorised repairs;
  • The product is damaged or malfunctioned due to improper installation, connection, adaptation to the customer's local conditions, usage, storage or transportation;
  • The defect was caused by a design or software modification;
  • The product has considerable mechanical or electrical damage, caused by the buyer or third parties;
  • The defect was caused by force majeure or an accident;
  • The product shows signs of foreign objects, liquids, insects, chemicals or other substances entering the product;
  • The defect is caused by fluctuations in the mains voltage, the use of an incorrect supply or input voltage, irradiation, electrostatic discharges (including lightning) and other external influences;
  • Normal wear and tear caused by the use of the product;
  • Defects caused by the use of consumables that do not meet the operating requirements;
  • Virus attack, use of software that is not included in the product or is unlicensed.

Notes on the individual product groups:

For books

If there is a printing defect that causes loss or distortion of information: missing text, pages crumpled by the printing press, book title on the cover not matching the content, pages turned upside down in relation to the cover. In case of such defects, you are entitled to return the book to the store within 14 days of its receipt.

According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On realization of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights' Protection"» from 19.03.1994 № 172. products of proper quality cannot be returned.

For electronic content

No refunds will be given for electronic content (Terms of Use). E-books cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event that the Buyer has made payment for access to download the Content and the Content cannot be directly downloaded due to technical or any other reasons by the Buyer (arising on the side and through the fault of the Buyer), no refund will be given and the Content will be deemed to have been duly received. A refund will only be issued if the Seller has provided a non-working file (which cannot be reproduced or saved (if this is proven after inspection by the Seller) and if the Seller is unable to provide a replacement for such a file. Consequently, Content of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged.
